Couldn’t make the live training? We’ve got you covered. Watch the full recording and download the training slides to get all the details and preparation you need as a host.
Now is a good time to check out your AV setup and make sure you feel comfortable with the TV or screen you’ll be operating so that you don’t miss anything. We are using the Vimeo platform and will share the link with you before the conference. If you are at a venue like a church or co-working space, they may be able to walk through this with you.
We know some streaming services are blocked in some countries (e.g., Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and China), so you may need a VPN to stream the conference. If you don’t already have VPN installed, you can download Cloudfare and set it up on your device.

We’ve recommended a timeframe of 8:30 am – 10:30 pm in your local timezone. However, if you plan to host your event during a different time frame, please adapt the below schedule accordingly. Please note, this schedule is subject to slight changes up until late February as our team is actively preparing this content for you.

What is the cost of the conference?
The first 500 people to register will pay early bird pricing to attend, with price raises from there. Cost varies by region.
Where do I access the conference content?
The conference sessions will be available online prior to March 5th. We’ll send you the link directly, and also add it to this page when it’s ready to share.
How do I start the livestream content?
Your streaming link will include 30 minutes of countdown content. Please be prepared to start press play 30 minutes prior to when you want to “go live.” You can fast forward through the thirty minute countdown if necessary.
How do I know who has registered for my Watch Party?
You and any co-hosts that you have indicated should be receiving a weekly attendee report from Swoogo. Please check your spam or junk folder for that email. If you cannot find it, please reach out to conference@faithdrivenentrepreneur.org to request your attendee list.
What if someone shows up who has not registered?
Registration will remain open through the day of your Watch Party. You can simply have them register for your Watch Party online on their phone right at the door!
Do I need to check in my attendees?
No! All attendees will have received an email confirmation after they registered. However, there is no need for you to check in your Watch Party attendees as they arrive.
What if one of my attendees doesn't show up?
Not to worry! We will send out the conference content to all registered guests after the event. Those who missed the event can watch the content later on, and those that attended to go back to watch their favorite parts.
Your role as a Watch Party Host is vital to the success of this conference. And you’re helping to spark a movement in your city by creating a shared space for connection, reflection, and transformation. We’re here to support you every step of the way. Let’s make this event unforgettable!
