Today is the day!
Thank you for hosting a Watch Party for the Faith Driven Entrepreneur and Pastor Conference! We’re excited to have you as part of this global event. Follow the steps below for a seamless and successful experience.
STREAMING LINK
Before the event, make sure you have your unique streaming link ready. This link includes a 30-minute countdown before the conference begins, giving you a buffer to get everything in place.
Detailed Schedule
COUNTDOWN BEGINS
- Press play on your streaming link to start the 30-minute countdown before the event is scheduled to start.
- If you experience any technical issues, please contact us immediately at conference@faithdrivenentrepreneur.org.
- Note: No need to check in guests at the door. You’ll receive a list of registered attendees ahead of time. Any new guests can register online through your unique link on their phones.
IN-PERSON WELCOME
NOTE: from this point on, total run-time is ~140 minutes; if you have a hard cutoff at 120 minutes, we recommend making up some of that time in the final discussion session and/or using only 10 minutes for the second discussion time rather than 15. Also, it is good to let attendees know you understand if they need to slip out early.
- Pause at the end of the countdown.
- As guests arrive, greet them warmly and set the tone for the event.
- Share a brief overview of Faith Driven Entrepreneur, especially for newcomers.
- Acknowledge anyone who helped make your Watch Party possible (co-hosts, venue staff, etc.).

VIDEO WELCOME
- Sit back and enjoy the first session of the conference!
DISCUSSION TIME
- After the welcome, meet each other at tables and talk through the following:
- Introduce yourself with your name, where you are from, and what you do.
- What keeps entrepreneurs and pastors from doing more together?
- You can also encourage spontaneous conversation or add your own questions.

We will be using Vimeo for streaming, and the link will be provided to you before the event.
If hosting at a venue (e.g., church or co-working space), have the tech team walk you through the process.
For Non-US Watch Parties
Some countries may block streaming services (e.g., Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, China). If you’re in one of these regions, please use a VPN.
We recommend Cloudflare to bypass these restrictions.

What is the cost of the conference?
We’ve made this event low-cast so as many entrepreneurs and pastors as possible can attend.
- Entrepreneur or Business Leader – $30.00
- Church Leader – $30.00
Where do I access the conference content?
The conference sessions will be available online before February 20. You’ll receive a link directly, and we’ll also post it here when it’s available.
How do I start the livestream content?
Your unique streaming link includes 30 minutes of countdown content. Be prepared to start the stream 30 minutes before the live content begins.
How do I know who has registered for my Watch Party?
You’ll receive a weekly report from Swoogo with a list of registered attendees. Check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it. If needed, email us at conference@faithdrivenentrepreneur.org.
What if someone shows up who hasn’t registered?
Registration will remain open throughout the day. New attendees can register on their phones using your unique registration link.
Do I need to check in my attendees?
No, attendees will automatically receive an email confirmation after registering. There’s no need to check them in at your Watch Party.
What if someone doesn’t show up?
No problem! We’ll send all registered guests the conference content after the event, so they can watch it at their convenience. Those who attended can also rewatch their favorite sessions.
